AMS Application Tracking

The newest addition to the family of Auto Master products is the Credit Application. This unique application starts out by having you enter customer information and within minutes you can have their information stored along with credit bureau information. This program is linked into Carleton Loan Closing and the new AMS2000 eliminating double entry of information.

Below are some screen shots of the new AMS Credit Application in action. If you prefer you can download a demo of the Credit Application by clicking here. This is a self-extracting ZIP file ~14.5mb in size. If you get a message while installing that says: "An error occurred while registering the file C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\msado25.tlb. ABORT/RETRY/IGNORE" Press IGNORE. This simply means you already have the file. There is one test account already included in the database. The data can be accessed one of two ways. One, type in the SSN box "123456789" and then press the TAB key. Second, Press the Load Applicant button in the lower-right hand corner and search for the SSN "123456789". The demo will not allow you to save nor pull credit reports. It will however, allow you to change table codes that will effect the internal credit score. This will allow you to get used to the interface.
